Conducted moderated usability testing to inform final refinements prior to public launch of a modernized platform for export license applications for the U.S. Dept. of Commerce (Launched 3/25)

``What is SNAP-R?`` you ask.

In plainspeak, it’s the application process that U.S. companies are legally required to use to receive approval to export sensitive items like technology, weapons, and dual-use goods (i.e., items that may have both civilian and military applications).

The crystal clear prioritization framework for the recommendations coming out of usability testing.
